What is the RCBearings.co.uk Return Policy?
You may return an item purchased from RCBearings.co.uk. We accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:
Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 7 working days starting with the day after the delivery date, accompanied by the delivery note.
All refunds require that the item be returned in the original packaging, with all pieces and in original condition.
Opened packages may only be exchanged for an identical product, if faulty.
Refunds will be applied back through the Paypal account that was used to purchase the item.
All returned items must be sent back using a postal service with a tracking method. Buyers to cover all postage costs.
When is my refund processed?
If you choose to return your item to our store, you will receive your refund after all items have been received and checked. This refund will be either be credited back to the Paypal account that was used to purchase the item or in the form of a credit note, if the item was a gift.
If you choose to send the item back to us, your refund may take up to 14 business days from the time we receive your item. The refund will be applied to the Paypal account that was used to purchase the item.
What is refunded when I return an item?
When you return an entire order you will be refunded the price of the item paid at the time of purchase. When you return less than the entire order you will be refunded just the price of the items returned.
If you are returning goods as not suitable we have a restocking fee of 10%.
Postage costs will not be refundable.

Packing and sending your return, How do I send back my return?
To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please do the following when packing and sending your product:
Send the product in its original packaging.
Please pack the product so that it will not be damaged during the return shipping process.
Include a copy of the delivery note. If for some reason you do not have this, please include your name, address, phone number, order number.
You must return the goods to us at your cost. We advise that you insured goods during any return journey that you organise.
Returning a damaged/defective item, I received an item that doesn't work, how do I return it?
To return a damaged or defective item please include a brief description of the fault. Please return your goods with a copy of the delivery note. If for some reason you do not have this, please include your name, address, phone number, order number.
What happens if we receive an item back because it is undelivered?
Every once in a while, we will have a package returned to us because the Royal Mail were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens, we will attempt to contact you to establish a convenient re-dispatching date. Unfortunately we have to recharge you the shipping fee, as we get charged for returned parcels.
